Stakeholder

Connectivity

Trinco Development enhances societal development by improving the stakeholder cooperation power and by improving and accelerating development and implementation effectiveness. We fulfill the connective role between funders, government, industry, society groups & communities, developmental agencies and knowledge institutes. As cooperation & transformation experts we have the distinctive advantage of not lobbying for a specific content topic, domain or large brand, hence enabling us to act on behalf of a balanced representation of these stakeholder groups.

Stakeholder Funding

Stage 1

Funding for development

The first stage of our work for a region is usually enabled thanks to the financial support of donors in Europe, Middle East or North America. These are NGO’s, companies, family offices and wealthy individuals who want to make concrete integrative instead of product-oriented contributions, based on their society involvement and vision. This is related to the Trinco Development Execution entity.

Stage 2

Funding for execution

The region(s) chosen are based on our cross regional insights on various parameters and on the goals and approach of governors and key players for the region. After the pre-stage (see approach) our paying ‘client board’ is based on the fund portfolio mix. This is released through a separate Trinco Development Funding entity that fits international requirements for profit and non-profit society development. The paying-client board consists of regular large-scale public & private funders & donors, eliciting stepwise budgets based on the regional program and on the best progressive steps across regions, stimulating a learning environment between subnational regions or economic zones.
